Step 8
You may need to select ‘Dell Factory Tools’ and then ‘Dell Factory Image Restore’. (Depends on your laptop configuration)


Step 9
Click ‘Next’ to open the ‘Confirm Data Deletion’ menu. Select the ‘Yes’ reformat hard drive and restore system software to factory condition check and Click ‘Next’. (The restore process may take 5 or more minutes to complete. When the operating system and factory-installed applications have been restored to factory condition, a message will appear.)


Step 10
When the restore operation is completed. Click ‘Finish’ to restart the computer. Now, you can restore any data, file, or programs you want from backup files.
